YES
This is how your Composition Homework will be
graded:
1. Was it submitted on time?
The deadline is the end of class, for example: 12:15. If the
CD is not given to the instructor before EXACTLY
12:15 the grade will be lowered by ONE letter grade.
2. Was the CD is labeled properly:
Name, email, phone#. If the CD is not labeled correctly the
grade will be lowered by ONE letter grade.
3. Was the Composition folder is organized
correctly: Then only files at the top of the directory
should be: (1) the SoundTrack
file, (2) the exported MIXED aiff file. All other files such
as soundfiles should be in SUB-FOLDERS. If
any files other than the SoundTrack
file and the exported aiff file are at the top of the directory,
the grade will be lowered by ONE letter grade for EACH
file.
4. Does the Composition meet the minimum
requirements: at least 3 separate sound files, at least
1 amplitude envelope, at least 1 panning effect, at least one
other effect from the SoundTrack
Effects library such as reverb, chorus, etc. If no effects are
used the grade will be lowered by ONE letter grade for EACH. |
